 Customers are always telling me how they like Watkins pepper better than any other brand. They’ve just got to have their Watkins black pepper, nothing else will do.

It’s true, most brands of pepper can’t compare to Watkins and I noticed this myself when we were staying with friends. My friends cooked and served us a lovely breakfast, and the eggs were smothered in pepper… ah, I like pepper but not that much! Anyways, I had to be polite and eat my eggs, so I took my first bite expecting it to be very peppery but I couldn’t even taste the pepper and there was no pepper bite! I was amazed and a little bit relieved as I finished my breakfast. My husband on the other hand loves pepper, so after he had taken his first bite he gave his eggs a very generous sprinkling of pepper.
