The following are important dates if you are planning on placing an order during the holidays. You may place an order online at anytime.

Monday, December 11/06 is the last day for guaranteed ground delivery in the US and Canada for Christmas delivery.

Wednesday, December 20/06 is the last day for guaranteed Overnight delivery in US and Canada, orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m., CST.

Friday, December 22/06 Christmas Holiday will be observed in Canada. The Canadian Office and Distribution Center will be closed. The international Call Center open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., CST.

Saturday, December 23/06 the International Call Center will be closed.

Monday, December 25/06 Christmas Eve, US and Canada Office, Distribution Center, and International Call Center closed. Purolator, UPS and Speedee closed.

Tuesday, December 26/06 Christmas Day (Observed U.S.) and Boxing Day (Canada). U.S. and Canada Office and Distribution Center closed. International Call Center open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., CST.

Monday, January 1/07 New Year’s Day. U.S. and Canada Office, Distribution Center, and International Call Center closed. Purolator, UPS and Speedee closed.

Caramel Extract is currently unavailable as Watkins is unable to locate an acceptable source for one of the key ingredients. You can substitute Butter Pecan Extract in most recipes that call for caramel. As soon as this popular product is available I’ll let you know here or you can contact us to be placed on a special notification list. Don’t worry, this list is only used to notify you about the product that you are inquiring about, please put caramel extract in the subject on the form.
