Honey Barbecue Boneless Wings
Wings are a popular appetizer, snack or even a meal. These honey barbecue boneless wings are simple and delicious no matter when you eat them. This makes a big batch, feel free to cut the recipe in half for a smaller crowd.
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
4 tablespoons honey
1 bottle Watkins barbecue sauce
Mix the barbecue sauce and honey together in a small bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly. Add the chicken pieces and toss to ensure the sauce coats the pieces evenly. Place the bowl in the refrigerator and allow it to marinate for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
After the marinating time is over, remove the check from the sauce. Leave some of the sauce remain on the chicken, discard the the remaining sauce or heat to boiling to serve with the wings. Place the chicken on a baking sheet or casserole dish for a moister version. Line the pan or dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
Bake the chicken in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Serve the boneless chicken wings on their own or serve extra honey-barbecue sauce to dip.
